You must be listed on your Jack and Jill Chapter's High School (9-12 grade) roster in order to Lock-In. Each Jack and Jill high school teen may offer an invitation to one other non-Jack and Jill high school teen. All registrations will be confirmed.
1. Review the Rules page located on this website. If you agree to the rules, continue to step two.
2. Click the Registration BUY NOW button below to register and submit payment of $35 per high school teen. Registration includes Pizza and drinks. Other concessions will be sold. Please indicate teen's name in the memo line of the Paypal transaction.
3. Round trip bus transportation is available on a first come first serve basis from Cumberland Mall, Sears parking lot on Cobb Parkway, for $10. All reservations and money will be collected via Paypal. The bus will depart Cumberland Mall at 7pm Saturday and return 7am Sunday. Click the Transportation BUY NOW button below. Please indicate teen's name in the memo line of the Payoal transaction.
4. Once Paypal is complete, make selection to return to NSAC Teen Lock-In site. You will be directed to the Emergency Contact and Liability release page.
5. Please fill out the form to complete your registration.
6. You will receive a confirmation email within a couple of days from NorthSuburbanAtlantaChapter@gmail.com
7. Bring the confirmation email, sleeping bag and pillow to the Lock-In on Saturday, September 15, 2012. Drop off must be completed at the YMCA between 8:00 and 9:00 pm Saturday.
8. There will be no departures until 7am Sunday September 16, 2012.
